Release Notes - Latest changes:

  • DMA0071-R2L394:
    Improved 3G reconnect for Option HSO modems.
  • DMA0071-R2L393:
    UPNP page bug-fix.
  • DMA0071-R2L392:
    New modems: Support for new Option HSO driver. Compatible for GT MAX HSUPA & GT MAX 7.2 READY, etc. Telephony: SIP registration status displayed in GUI. Voicemail alert available via blinking telephone LED on front panel. Minor bug fixes.

Upgrade Procedure:

    1) Download the DMA0071-R2L394.zip
    2) Unzip the DMA0071-R2L394.zip
    3) Unplug the PC card from the WRG. - VERY IMPORTANT!
    3) Repower the WRG (to clear the RAM) without the PC card inserted. - VERY IMPORTANT!
    4) Log into the web interface of your WRG.
    5) Go to Upgrade->HTTP Upgrade page.
    6) Browse for the firmware file you have downloaded and unzipped off this website and select to upgrade.
    7) Upgrade time is approximately 3 minutes. You can continue using the WRG after the telephone lights have finished blinking.
    8) Once complete, power off WRG, insert PC card and power back on again.

Release Notes - Latest changes:

  • New USB modem (use a Belkin F5U222 PCMCIA-to-USB adaptor): Huawei E270 HSUPA
  • DHCP lease period on LAN side can be set in any amount of minutes/hours/days.
  • Updated driver for following FLASH-OFDM networks:
    • Digita Finland
    • T-Mobile Slovakia
  • SIP BYE message bug fixed

Upgrade Procedure:

    1) Download the DMA0071-R2F237.zip
    2) Unzip the DMA0071-R2F237.zip

Release Notes (please read!):

  • If you have a WRG containing older firmware than the one posted on this site, please note that your WRG settings will be flushed, however will always remain after this release.
  • After restart, the new login page is http://192.168.0.1. Your admin username and admin password are still the same.
  • Should your web browser report an error upon logging in, then clear your cached internet content from your browser and retry.

    Known Issues:

  • You cannot reload the same firmware twice on the same WRG. If reloaded, it'll report "Reported Download Status: Failed". Graphic error only.
  • IPWireless EDGE/UMTS-TDD card 872/1900Mhz works fine with UMTS-TDD, but not confirmed yet with GPRS/EDGE.

      3) Log into the web interface of your WRG.
      4) Go to Upgrade->HTTP Upgrade page.
