The DOVADO USB Mobile Broadband Router (UMR) can be firmware-upgraded in order to capacitate newer 3G HSDPA or HSUPA USB modems as operators evolve their networks from one technology to the next, thus not requiring subscribers to acquire a newer router for each later generation of introduced technology.
